True Ending

The True Ending is an alternate ending for Dead Estate

How to Access

Once you complete your first run as Cordelia, you unlock the alternate floors. These floors need to be completed on a run in order to access the route to the true ending.

How to Complete

• Clear all four alt floors: Dark Mood Woods, Forsaken Crypt, Abandoned Set, and Sunken Ship

• Defeating the boss on each alt floor gives you a key piece. Collecting all 4 key pieces creates the silver Key.

• Using the Silver Key, you can open the crypt on The Balcony, giving you the antidote.

• If you have the antidote when fighting Chunks, the fight ends prematurely and sends him back to his original form. He'll then open a portal to the Exit Realm.

• Clearing the game from there completes the true ending.

• Hey Hey, Muh Muh: Get the true ending as Mumba.

• A New Career in a New Town: Get the true ending as Lydia.

• Dirty Work: Get the true ending as Luis.

• Showdown: Get the true ending as Fuji.

• Blast Damage Days: Get the true ending as BOSS.

• The Scholar: Get the true ending as every character.

Unlocks

• Clearing your first true ending unlocks The Arena and Hellmart.

• Clearing the true ending as each character unlocks Cordelia's B Costume

Trivia

• Each character's pose, with the exception of Gnome Jeff, at the end of the true ending is a reference to the JoJo franchise.
