Starting Room | Starting room of the floor. | This is the room you spawn in at the start of each floor | |
Teleport Room | A room with a gem that, when destroyed, takes the player back to the starting room. | Destroying the gem also delays Chunks if he is currently chasing the player. | |
Witch Shop | An item shop run by Cordelia, or Roselia if playing as Cordelia. | Each item shop sells three random Items as well as a Map and Ambrosia. | |
Clinic | A doctors office run by Cordelia, or Roselia if playing as Cordelia. | The clinic allows the player upgrade Health, Agility, and Strength up to four times for a price. Each doctors office also has one Ambrosia. | |
Weapon Shop | A weapon shop run by Cordelia, or Roselia if playing as Cordelia. | Each weapon shop sells three random Weapons and one ammo refill. | |
Treasure Room | A room that has a chest in the middle containing one Item. | The treasure room will be hidden on the map on Nightmare difficulty or higher. | |
Weapon Room | A room with gun crate in the middle containing one random Weapon. | The weapon room will be hidden on the map on Nightmare difficulty or higher. | |
Challenge Room | A room that has a random or very rarely 2 items in a floating cube that the player must complete a timed 40 second gauntlet to obtain. | Challenge Rooms normally contain three waves of enemies, but they only contain two waves in The Laboratory. | |
Boss Key Room | A room with the Boss Key in the center of the room. | On the Abandoned Set, touching the Boss Key causes a fake-out game crash that spawns Glitchy Chunks | |
Boss Room | The room that contains the floor's boss. | Entering the boss room removes its door during the boss fight. The door returns after the boss is defeated, with the exception of the Abandoned Set. | |
Loop Room | A room on The Balcony that can be jumped off to loop the current run. | ||
Secret Room | A hidden room that does not appear on the map by default, containing rewards. | These rooms will contain at least 1 Present Box and can contain a variety of pots. 1 Additional secret room will appear each floor if the player has the X-Ray. | |
Cultist Shop | An item shop run by Cybil | Each Cultist Shop contains four random items that are obscured by a question mark icon until purchased, unless the player has a Private Eye. | |
Special Elevator | A room containing an elevator leading to a Sub-Floor. | This elevator can lead to The Kitchen, The Bathroom, The Arena, The Basement, or The Bank, with varying decorations for each. | |
Arena Room | A challenge room only found in The Arena that has five random item in a floating cube that the player must complete a timed gauntlet of five bosses to obtain. | Challenge Rooms normally contain three waves of enemies, but they only contain two waves in The Laboratory. | |
Bedroom | A room with a mysterious bedframe in it. | A note next to the bedframe suggests returning to the room on a looped run. | |
Hellmart | A Curse shop operated by the demoness Filia. This shop only appears after obtaining the True Ending at least once. | Every character has 3 unique curses that can each be bought for 3 Chunks Medallions, and 2 items to buy as well. | |
Heavenmart | A Blessing shop operated by the angel Faith. This shop can only be found after purchasing at least one Curse. | 2 Blessings and 3 high-quality items can be bought from Heavenmart in exchange for Chunks Medallions |
