Friends 'till the End is an Item that increases the player's movement speed, as well as decreasing the movement speed of nearby enemies, when the player is at 1 HP.
Strategy
This item is essential for risk-based runs or playstyles, due to it essentially being a permanent upgrade at low HP. Mumba benefits the most from using this item due to his low starting HP making its activation more common. However, Friends 'till the End requires little additional strategy to utilize.
If the player is not running risky items, it is still convenient to have this item, as there is no penalty to carrying it while its effect is inactive.
