Anya is the playable character in the side story Assignment Anya.
Appearance
Anya has dark black hair and black lipstick. She wears a white top with ruffles and a black dress.
Story
Anya's story begins at the same time as Axel. However, when the zombies attack their film crew she narrowly escapes with her zombie mask. She proceeds to explore the mansion for the way out, even encountering Diavola and the changing of the mansion layout. After finding the emblems she needs to escape, she is chased by Chunks(twice) before escaping out into the woods and onto Ridgewood Road. After trying and failing to get the police help, she chooses to pitch her experience to Jack Milkbar of the MilkbarLads as a game named 'Dead Estate'. Depending on the player's ranking, she either: Ends up working at Duane Burger(C rank); Works as a member of MilkbarLads(B rank); Becomes CEO of MilkbarLads(A rank); Becomes President of the USA(S rank).
Abilities
- Anya starts with her zombie mask, which decreases her movement speed and increases the time it takes for enemies to notice her.

- Anya was originally an unnamed character in the 4th major update, but was fleshed out with the 5th major update of the game
- Anya's impact on the story was not as large in early development of the 5th major update, but Jack enjoyed her so much he expanded on her story for the full release.
