Jack Milkbar is the owner of The MilkbarLads and appears in Assignment Anya.
Appearance
Jack Milkbar is pitched the idea for Dead Estate by Anya shortly after the events of Assignment Anya. Depending on the sales of the game(which is determined by the rank of the mode), he could possibly hire Anya, or even step down from his role to give to her so he can continue some marine biology crap idk.
