Backup is an Item that causes 6-8 bombs to drop from the ceiling if the player stays in a room for around 30 seconds.
Strategy
Backup is a great finishing tools to get rid of any extra enemies if all else fails. Alternatively it can be an incredibly useful combination with explosive loadouts to cause massive descruction if you wait long enough.
Synergies
- Toxic Barrell - Makes it so all of the 6-8 bombs shoot out 8 radioactive bullets.
- Gunpowder - Makes all explosions larger, making it more likely to hit enemies
- Combustophile - Creates rapid fire explosives, which is easier to have happen due to the already low HP of the enemies by the time the bombs appear in the room.

- Cordelia's dialogue implies that she is the backup dropping the bombs
