BTGO is an Item that causes a free item chest to appear when the player purchases three items any one shop. This includes the Witch Shop, Cultist Shop, Weapon Shop, and Toilet.
Strategy
BTGO is a convenience item that offers little to no downsides. It's great for gaining extra items on runs where money isn't scarce, though a more money-starved player may still feel incentivized to try to buy less useful items just to cause the extra chest to appear. Any three items can be bought, and BTGO itself counts as one of those three items when first bought.
Synergies
- Any item that increases Money obtained synergizes well, as you will be able to buy items more easily.
- Point Card - On top of an extra item, you will gain money, health, and ammo after buying three items.
- Glory Box - Glory Box doubles the chest reward despite the chests not appearing in an Item Room.

- BTGO is an acronym meaning "buy three, get one", which is a common sales strategy to encourage a shopper to impulsively buy more than they were originally intending in order to get a perceived bonus.
