Guardian Angel is an item in Dead Estate.
Abilities
Grants brief invincibility for a few seconds when entering a room.
Strategy
Great for clearing rooms quickly, especially when combined with other items that aid you in the first few seconds of combat.
If your character has higher move speed, you can use this item to quickly run through rooms with hazards without taking damage.
Synergies
- Diet Pills - Increases your speed when you enter a room. This combo is amazing for speedruns.
- Bandolier - Makes your weapons not use any ammo in the first few seconds of a room.
- Roids - Significantly increase your damage when you first enter a room.
- Spiked Bracelet - Allows you to run directly into enemies and have them damage themselves constantly while you're invincible.
Trivia
- A popular example of a guardian angel is Clarence Odbody from the 1946 movie "It's a Wonderful Life." While he doesn't really protect the main character, Clarence does help him see that life is worth living and earns his wings in the end.
