Get Dizzy is an Item that increases the player's projectile damage, but occasionally causes projectiles to change trajectory mid-flight.

Strategy

Get Dizzy's damage bonus is attractive, and it can be used for unintentional crowd control in populated rooms, but is unpredictable enough that it can't be considered a direct upgrade without other items to balance out its penalties.

Synergies

  • Bigger Bullets - Larger projectiles make missing less likely, despite the shot redirection.
  • Glass Eye or Heatseeker - Homing shots effectively negate this item's penalty.
