Makes it possible for an item to spawn whenever an enemy dies.
Strategy
Rusty Key is a no-brainer in the long run. While in most cases not much will come out of it, depending on how early you get it you can earn 2-6 items from it, making it's cost be payed over and then some.
In general, having more items is always a good thing, so picking up this item should always be a given if possible.
Synergies
Liquid Luck - Enemies will drop items more often.
