Abilities
When a weapon runs out of ammo, you can continue firing using money instead.
Strategy
Big Spender lets you continue using a secondary weapon after you run out of ammo, which can work well with powerful weapons that have low ammo counts. However, be careful with high fire rate weapons, because you may quickly run out of money.
