Bullet Brain is an Item in Dead Estate that causes your weapons to spawn with additional ammo.

Strategy

There are very few situations(though not necessarily none) where having more ammo is anything other than a simple net positive. This is especially true with weapons whose power is specifically counterbalanced by low amounts of starting ammo.

Trivia

• This item may be a reference to the several recorded cases of people being shot in the head and having bullets lodged in their brain for decades on end, often without necessarily even knowing. In particular, a Chinese woman had a bullet in her brain for 64 years(within the time frame mentioned by Cordelia) before it was finally removed.
