Balloon

The Balloon is an Item that increases your movement speed by 0.1, increases your jump height by 0.2, and the damage of each bullet increases by 0.25% every frame.

Strategy

The damage bonus from the Balloon will stack, allowing the player to a much larger bonus if they can get multiple Balloons

Synergies

• Arrow - This allows the shots to travel farther, staying on the screen a longer time and get a higher damage multiplier.
• Scope - The same as the Arrow but with farther reach
• Slime - Shots will bounce off the walls, staying on screen rather then stop at the wall
• Penetrating Eye - Shots could go through enemies, and continue gaining damage as they go
• Jar Brain - Forces shots to stay on screen where you want, which can be a devastating amount of damage over time
• Haunted Bracelet - Lets shots continue on past furniture, or the room walls if you have Jar Brain

Interactions

Items that increase shot speed will negatively interact with the Balloon due to the shots traveling to enemies faster and therefore be on screen for less frames:

• Double Slurp Cup
• Polisher
• Rocket Shells - if using a shotgun.
• Super Shells - if using a shotgun.
